You can add mass comments from list view in VTiger 7. This feature allows to add a comment on multiple records at the same time. The purpose is to avoid the hassle of opening each record and add comments on every single one.

How to Add Mass Comments

• Mark all the records in the list you want to add a mass comment to.

• Click on the add comment icon to add a comment.

• Add the comment in the given space and click the save button.

• The comment will be added to each of the record.
