Can I try extensions before I buy?

YES, We provide 14 day trial (no credit card required).

Go ahead and signup + download + create an account(once installed) – and you will have 14 days to test all VTExperts extensions.

How does it work?

We’ve created our own “Extension Store” for VTiger, which includes all the extensions developed by VTExperts. Our “Extension Store” can be installed as any regular VTiger Extension(via Module Manager) and once it’s installed – you will be able view and install all VTExperts extensions.

It comes with 14 day trial (no credit card required) – all you have to do is create an account(after you install it).

Our support is not limited to extensions – we will do our best to answer all your questions related to VTiger and it’s functionality (how to …? can I …? Is it possible …?)

What's NOT included?

Extensions by other vendors such as PDF Maker or Email Maker. We are resellers of those extensions and cannot include in the extension pack.

Integration Add-ons (2) – such as QuickBooks Online and Authorize.net integrations for VTiger. Click here for more information.

Hands on support outside of VTExperts Extensions. For example, if you are having an issue with customer portal or outgoing email server – we will do our best to point you the right direction e.g ‘install php-soap library, check firewall is open, etc…’ – however we will not do hands on troubleshooting as it’s not related to our extensions. If there’s an issue with our extensions – we will request access and WILL provide hands on support.

What happens if I cancel/stop my membership?

The extensions will become inactive. You will not lose any data/information, you simply will not be able to use functionality that extensions provide. You can resume the subscription at any time.

Is it per USER or FLAT?

The price is FLAT, meaning that regardless how many VTiger users you have – the price will not change.

We charge per VTiger instance/setup and NOT per user.

Is there a long term contract?

NO, membership is month-to-month, meaning that you pay for a month in advance.

Are there any other fees?

NO, there are no cancellation (cancel any time), no setup or any other fees.

What if I already purchased extension(s)?

If you have already purchased extensions from VTExperts – you will be provided a credit to use Extension Pack for VTiger for a period of time. Depending on the purchase price – you may get it for 2-6 months. Please contact us directly for more information.

The extensions/licenses purchased at full price – will never expire.

TECHNICAL

How does it work?

We’ve created our own “Extension Store” for VTiger, which includes all the extensions developed by VTExperts. Our “Extension Store” can be installed as any regular VTiger Extension(via Module Manager) and once it’s installed – you will be able view and install all VTExperts extensions.

  • It will NOT overwrite any of your existing VTiger files. (there is 0% risk of breaking your VTiger – (if that’s your concern)).
  • It will NOT automatically install all the extensions (you will pick which to install manually)

How does the licensing work?

Extension Pack license is limited to one VTiger instance. You will not be able to use the same account on multiple VTiger setups. If you are running multiple VTiger instances – you will need to create an account for each.

 

In case you have development/staging/production environments – please contact us to obtain temporary license.

How do I transfer/move my license?

In case you need to transfer your extension pack license to another host/vtiger instance – please contact us and we will assist in doing so.

Can I get development/staging license?

YES, if you have additional development/staging/testing environments(VTiger instances) – we will provide temporary licenses.

Please contact us to obtain temporary license.

Can I use the same account multiple VTiger instances?

NO, you will need to sign up for the membership for individual clients/vtiger instances.

My VTiger is customized, will your extensions work?

It depends how heavily VTiger is customized. If you just added fields, disabled few modules, created profiles, roles, etc… basically anything customized/configured using VTiger standard tools – the extensions will work without a problem.

However, if VTiger code and database is customized (by the developer) – there’s a chance that our extensions might not work, but the chance is very slim. In most cases our extensions will work, however if the section that our extension integrates with has been heavily modified – it might not work.  If it doesn’t – please contact us and we’ll see what we can do to make it work.

I'm a developer, can I customize extensions myself?

Yes and No. All the .php files are encrypted by IonCube and cannot be modified, HOWEVER .js and .tpl files are not encrypted – this will give you some flexibility to customize the extension.

HELP & TROUBLESHOOTING

I Installed extension and it doesn't work?
  • Check Settings –  Go to “CRM Settings” > expand “Extension List” and click on the extension that does not work, review the settings and make sure you have configured it properly.
  • Clear cache – most of our extension use java files, so when you install new extension or update settings – please clear your browsers cache.
  • Watch a demo video – make sure you configured it properly.
  • Try it on Live Demo – see if you can make it work on the live demo site, perhaps the feature you are looking for is not available?

VTiger is not working as it used to anymore?

If you noticed that something stopped working after you installed our extension(s) – please uninstall the extension and report to us and we will look into the matter/provide resolution ASAP.

It is very unlikely that something like that can happen – but it is possible. Please send us an email in case it happens.

I need help getting the requirements met?

If you need assistance getting the requirements met – please chat with us or send us an email at help@vtexperts.com – we will work with you to get that taken care of.

I'm being asked for the license after install?

If you are being prompted to enter license for any extension – that means something went wrong while installing the extension. It usually indicates that the requirement have not been fully met OR there’s an issue with file/user permissions.

In any case – please contact us and we will work with you to get that fixed. 

What's the best way to contact VTExperts?

If you are having an issue and would like us to troubleshoot – please follow the guidelines below.

  • Cpanel/SSH/FTP Information – We need to access your server in order to troubleshoot
  • VTiger Link, User & Pass – We will need to log into VTiger to troubleshoot the issue.
  • Screenshots/Videos/Notes – Any visual information is extremely helpful (Screenshots, videos).

If the issue is hard to describe – we would recommend downloading “Jing” from http://www.screencast.net and record a video.
