VTExperts’ services are based on following:
Extension Pack For VTiger offers extensions based on monthly/half yearly/yearly subscription basis. As per the policy, the payments are received prior to the usage period. If payments are pending, notifications are sent before temporarily stopping the services. VTExperts do not take the responsibility of the damage caused by the stoppage of the services. The services are resumed within 24 working hours after the dues are cleared and notification received from the service receiving entity.
The subscriptions are auto-renewed at the end of every month/half year/year (whichever is applicable). It is not allowed under our current policy to keep the subscriptions unpaid for long duration again and again. VTExperts has complete authority to take the services off if such behavior is noted with complete evidence.
VTExperts offer free trial period of 14 days to test the Extension Pack. The purpose of the trial duration is to facilitate our respected future clients to test our products before purchasing the subscription. The free trial duration can be extended on request up to 14 additional days maximum, after reviewing the account activity and support requests. We also offer demo accounts to our certified partners, which enable them showcase our products to their clients for the reselling purpose.
Free trial accounts, used for any purpose other than mentioned above, cannot be used for any other purpose. If done so, VTExperts has the full authority to take appropriate internal as well as legal action that will most probably impact the user. We usually send notifications first, explaining our policy as well as giving warnings to the entity by email. If no response or repetition of the act, we blacklist the companies found involved in such acts. It can result in partially or completely unavailability of our services to those entities. This can also impact any other services being provided at that time or in future. To get your organization off the list, there’s a fee that needs to be paid and get the services up and running.
Support for VTiger that is expected by a user can be of any type. The type is defined by VTExperts beforehand i.e. before any payment.
The hour based support works as per hour of the project. Total hours for the support are stated by VTExperts. If agreed by the support receiving user, the payment is received and a tentative date is given for the completion of the project. The delivery date, however, can vary from the tentative date depending upon the circumstances and VTExperts cannot be held accountable for any delays. We, however, do our best efforts to deliver the agreed projects within the tentative time.
Any requirements made by the client, that are not included in the agreed Scope of Work, maybe billed additionally. We are very flexible with completing the additional requirements if found appropriate by the management of VTExperts. No accountability can be done if this is done otherwise.
VTExperts offer several monthly support plans. Each of the plan includes number of hour of support to be provided during that month under the selected plan. VTExperts can provide extra support but is not bound under any agreement to fulfill extra requirements made by the clients.
We are very flexible with completing the additional requirements if found appropriate by the management of VTExperts. No accountability can be done if this is done otherwise.
VTExperts offer per incident support that is quoted and billed beforehand according to the requests made by the client. We can, but are not bound to provide any additional services other than agreed. The duration of the support is selected by VTExperts and can vary depending upon internal and external factors.

VTExperts usually do not offer perpetual extension licenses anymore but this can be done depending upon the circumstances and nature of requests. If done so, the terms are stated before payment and abide by later. That includes the duration of support, nature of support, and updates of the products.
VTExperts reserve the right to reject providing services to any company in anyway before the payment is done. After payments, aforementioned rules are applied that we stick to and expect our valuable clients to do the same, in order to help us continue serving the VTiger community.
The policy conditions are tend to change. We, however, know exactly how important our services for our clients’ businesses and therefore do not make inappropriate demands.
