Uninstalling an Extension in Extension Pack
To uninstall an individual extension in Premium Extension Pack for VTiger:
1. In CRM, go to the Extension Pack button at top right and click “Go to Extension List” button
2. Press the blue “Login to Extension Pack” button at the top right
3. Click the “Options” button on the extension you want to uninstall
4. Click ‘Uninstall’ button in the drop down menu
4. A popup for confirmation will be displayed saying, “Are you sure want to uninstall this extension?” Click “Yes”
5. It will take few seconds to uninstall the extension.
6. When finished, a confirmation message will be shown. Click “OK” to complete the action.
To uninstall all extensions in Premium Extension Pack for VTiger:
1. In CRM, go to the Extension Pack button at top right and click “Go to Extension List” button
2. Scroll down all the way to bottom
3. Click “Mass Options” button
4. Select ‘Uninstall all Extensions‘ in the drop down menu.
5. A popup for confirmation will be displayed saying, “Are you sure you want to Uninstall all extensions?” Click “Yes”
It will take a few seconds to uninstall and display the confirmation message. Click “OK” to complete the action.
