Can you migrate my current VTiger to your servers?

Yes, we will migrate your VTigerCRM for free. Once your instance is setup and ready, please submit a migration request and our admins will immediately start the migration.

How long does it take to setup my new account?

It should take no longer than 10 minutes for your VTiger instance to be setup and ready. For dedicated plans, it can take up to 24 hours.

What uptime guarantee can you give us of availability?

We guarantee 99% but comfortably exceed this. We’d never be arrogant enough to guarantee 100%. Even the biggest vendors have occasional problems and we are no different in that respect.
