• Backup your customer portal files. They are located in vtigercrm/customerportal.
• Download and extract theme zip file
• Copy all it’s contents to vtigercrm/customerportal/
  
  
• To change the logo, go into /vtigercrm/customerportal/images/ and the file “logo.png” is the image that will be displayed on the front page of your customer portal. Replace the file with your logo. Note, it works best with files having transparent background.
