This extension is going to do exactly the same, every time the lead/contact goes to your website, you will be able to see when and where he/she clicked and trigger alerts/email campaigns based on that.

Field Colors is an extension for VTiger designed to color the fields on the views (summary, edit, create) based on the condition/filter specified. It is extremely helpful to quickly identify the records that need attention using predefined color codes. Intuitive Configuration Panel allows users to configure colors for each module and specify text, background and active colors.
It is fully customizable, and works perfectly with both the standard and custom fields & modules.
