We’ve developed a feature which will allow the user to see the product status(“In Stock” or “Out of Stock”) when adding to the Quote/Invoice or Sales Order in vTiger CRM. The status field is flexible and can have additional values if needed.

This feature tells the user that the product is in/out of stock rather than not displaying the product at all and making the to wonder if the product name was entered properly.
