vTigerCRM 6.0 GA Released
vTiger has just announced the release of vTiger CRM 6.0.0 GA. This is very exciting news for everyone who has been waiting to finally start using the new and improved vTiger 6.
vTigerCRM 6.0 GA can be downloaded from vtiger.com.
The vTiger CRM Migration/Upgrade Tool is also available for those who want to upgrade from vTigerCRM 5.4 to vTigerCRM 6.0. You will find the migration tool on vtiger.com. So is there no migration tool from wtiger 6 RC to GA? I was hoping that maybe keeping the conf.inc.php and overwriting the rest would be sufficient..
The RC had too many bugs for my liking. Trouble with gmail mail manager inbound and with webforms. The rest was great and only was a little peeved about recurring invoices not updating total amount due. Hopefully that will be fixed in GA.
As of right now there is no way to migrate RC to GA. We could do custom migration if that’s what you are looking for, however other than that – you would have to do export/import and reconfigure it all.
With version 6.0, I am facing search issue such as email, related to, contact and customize field. Can anyone assist me?
